    Franchised store that's poorly laid out and far too small for amount of people in and out.
    Friendly sales folks, but they keep everything under lock and key (sweet tea behind counter, etc. ) and huge signs warning people of no free refills on repeat visits etc. I understand it, but signs are off putting.
